This calming session begins with guided breathwork to help release tension, ground your energy, and create space for clarity and focus. As your breath settles, you'll be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle frequencies, designed to realign your energy and promote deep relaxation. Start your week feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to move through your days with greater ease and presence. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. No experience is required.
