To the black peak 3th of August 2025
✨Join us on Sunday 3rd of august to the “Black peak” and enjoy the view at an altitude of 3,088m!
🏔️Qornet el Sawda is the highest peak in Lebanon. It is really worth all the effort you put to get there. The summit offers a huge panoramic view when weather conditions are especially good.
🎬We will start from « Daher el Adib »
taking a dirt road until we reach the square of the black peak before starting an uphill of 200m to the summit of Qornet el Sawda 3088 m.
🌄The path is exposed to sunlight and there are no trees to cover us. And no matter how it is hot in Beirut, you will need a jacket up there.
✅This event is supported by the Lebanese army.

🔸Anyone can join since a pick-up will follow us all the way in case of need.
🕡Departure 6:30 a.m (sharp) Burger king Furn el Chebbak, City furniture.
🔸6:45 a.m (sharp)Dbayeh under Naccache bridge in front of Demerjian center before Spinneys on Highway.
🔸Please be on time!
🚌We can pick hikers who live on our way.
