Calming Sound Bath

I'm pleased to announce an upcoming Sound Bath Event on Sunday June 29th. May has been an exciting month filled with graduation and birthday celebrations. The fullness of summer is right around the corner beginning with the 4th of July. Join me for some restorative time; a time to relax recharge and reset your nervous system.

During the Sound Bath you will be enveloped in a rich tapestry of harmonious sounds and vibrations created by Tibetan bowls a gong and various other instruments. These soothing tones allow you to enter a place of calm and elicit the relaxation response; essential as we go into the fullness of summer.
