Volunteer Trails Work Day at McFarland Park

Join us for a T.E.A.M. (Trails Enhancement and Maintenance) Day at McFarland Park on Saturday, Aug. 23 from 9 am to Noon.

This project will involve re-filling gravel into the wooden stair frames along McFarland Park trails - it will include carrying buckets of gravel, which can be heavy. Other tasks are available though!

No existing skills required. Youth also allowed to participate, although keep in mind this specific project will include some lifting, so probably not ideal for small children.

*No prior trail work or special skills are required. All tools, including gloves, are provided.

*Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes/boots, long pants, long sleeves, and sun protection/hart are encouraged. Bring a water bottle!
