The Underground Presents: deadmomgirl

The May edition of The Underground brings you Ames band deadmomgirl!

Their bio:

We’re an indie chamber pop band made up of Jacob Heeren, June Walker, Laurito, and Roslyn Redman. Most of our songs start in a bedroom, sometimes spilling out all at once, sometimes unfolding one lyric at a time — captured in voice memos and shaped with love. We mix soft classic elements with emotional storytelling, and we play covers of songs that inspire us or feel like they belong in our world. My mom calls us indie chamber pop. It just kind of fits.
