February Sound Bath

Welcome to Celestial Sounds

As Winter slowly begins to soften, you're invited into a sanctuary of sound and stillness. This February sound bath weaves together resonant gongs, harp, crystal and Himalayan bowls to support deep rest, release and inner listening. Like seeds resting beneath the soil, you'll be held in a space of quiet renewal - a moment to surrender, restore and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Join us at Amersham Band Hall Sunday 8th . Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
