Come learn What weeds you can eat. This class is an introduction to wild plants including native plants of Utah and many plants you identify as weeds. Learn how to identify them and how to use them.

Mike Wood is a self taught wild plant expert. He has been teaching plant identification since 2010 and offers tours for hands on instruction.
