You’re invited into a space where you remember your body is a portal to ancient wisdom, healing, and your own divine nature.
This Sacred Body is a workshop inspired by the book Mary Magdalene Revealed by Meggan Watterson — a powerful reclaiming of one of history’s most misunderstood spiritual figures and a profound invitation to reconnect with the sacred feminine path. This workshop invites you to excavate old religious narratives, reclaim the sacredness of your body, and embrace your humanness as the holiest expression of our divinity.
Through gentle movement, yoga postures, and breath work, we’ll connect with our bodies and turn our attention inward for deep listening and contemplation. You’ll have ample time to explore your personal narratives and beliefs through movement, meditation, and journaling.
In addition, a vital part of our time together will be guided group conversations and reflections based on key teachings and passages from Mary Magdalene Revealed. These dialogues provide a container to share insights, explore cultural and religious conditioning, and collectively reclaim the feminine voice and wisdom through embodied and shared experience.
Participants are asked to read Mary Magdalene Revealed in advance to build a foundation for deeper connection and exploration.
Together, we will:
Practice deeply grounding and nourishing yoga
Engage in heart-centered dialogue inspired by Watterson’s teachings and the feminine spiritual path
Reflect on healing religious and cultural wounds to reclaim the inherent wisdom available to all of us
Reclaim the sacredness of the body as temple and vessel for the soul
Cultivate a nurturing space for rest, revelation, and transformation
This workshop is for those ready to listen deeply, remember their sacred nature, and return to the holy through body, breath, and community. All faith traditions, backgrounds, and levels of experience are welcome.
