Book Signing

On the evening of July 17 from 6 to 8 PM, ACRFA Instructor and AC Alumni Dr. Fred Napp will be having a book signing for his new book, Tales From The Ashes, at the First Responder Academy located at 3891 Plains in Amarillo. The book is available on Amazon in both paperback and Kindle formats. A limited number of books will be available for sale at the event.

With 40 years of experience in the field of firefighting and fire investigation across Texas and 25 years of experience as a Texas peace officer, Fred Napp takes the reader into the world of fire and arson investigation in the Texas city of Haltom City and Tarrant County. From troubled kids to serial arsonists, every story is unique and interesting. Napp guides the reader through multiple
cases, including fire deaths, accidental fires, and arson. Some cases are funny and others are incredibly sad. All of the cases provide an eye-opening window into the world of fire investigations. Fire and arson investigations are a fascinating field of study. Here are the stories straight from the front lines of how fires are investigated and, if need be, criminals are brought to justice.
