Tj Power is a neuroscientist, speaker, and co-founder of Neurify, dedicated to improving mental health through neuroscience-based education. He has trained over 50,000 individuals, including at groups at Oxford University, Coca-Cola, and the NHS, simplifying brain chemistry to help people enhance their well-being. Focusing on how on modern lives and in particular our screen usage disrupts the neurological function of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins, he developed the "DOSE" framework as a practical method for rebalancing brain chemicals to improve mood, focus, and performance.
