Training Ride

We are doing another training ride for Cystic Fibrosis' Ride for Life. This time, we are meeting up at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs , it's the trail head that goes onto the Seminole Wekiva Trail. We will do 30 miles at a rolling pace between 15-18 mph. We are meeting up at 730, with wheels ready to roll at 8 am
