Soulful Session with Justin
SOULFUL SESSION MAGIC ✨

Our monthly community class where you can experience our beautiful studio at a reduced price!

This July, join Justin for a morning of mindful movement, meditation, and a soothing sound bath designed to calm your body and centre your spirit.

We’ll begin with gentle Qi Gong-inspired flows to open energy pathways and soften tension, followed by grounding breath and stillness. The session closes with a lush soundscape of bowls, chimes, and sacred tones to melt you into deep rest.

✨ Perfect for all levels — no experience needed
✨ $20 casual / free for members/1 credit on class passes
✨ Sunday 9:30am, 75 mins
