Fire New Moon Circle (SOLD OUT - Online Circle Spots Available)

Our New Moon Classes are a place to reflect on the last four weeks and to create a plan or set an intention for the next month.
In this practical 90-minute session you'll receive cacao, journalling prompts, astrological dates to reflect on with meditation and sound bowls to help you release what no longer serves you.

These special moon classes can be purchased as a drop-in, included in memberships and class pass holders can use 1 credit toward each session.

Suitable for: Anyone who needs rest and time to nourish or rebalance their nervous system.
