Freedom Through Movement FREE event

Freedom Through Movement is a unique fusion of yoga, dance, and emotional release. While there will be guided movement, the focus isn’t on perfect execution—but rather on cultivating a deep, intuitive connection to your body. This experience invites you to be fully present, to explore where emotions live within the body, and to release stuck energy through expressive, uninhibited movement.

Led by Jess Bush—a yoga instructor, dancer, therapist (MSW), and artist—this practice is a heartfelt blend of her passions and skills. Jess brings a warm, uplifting energy to every session, creating a safe and supportive space where healing and joy go hand in hand. Her approach is always therapeutic, always playful—and always infused with her signature upbeat vibe.

Expect movement. Expect laughter. Expect transformation. And yes, jazz will definitely be part of the magic.
