This immersive experience is rooted in community, ritual, and embodied practices designed to help you reconnect with your heritage, uncover inherited patterns, and cultivate healing across time.
What to Expect:
Ancestral Exploration: Guided processes to uncover generational patterns, inherited stories, and unconscious imprints passed down through the lineage.
Meditation & Ritual: Grounding meditations, altar work, and intentional rituals to honor your ancestors and invite their wisdom.
Storytelling & Sharing: A safe circle to speak the stories of your bloodline and soul family, and to witness others in theirs.
Expressive Arts & Symbolic Creation: Use simple creative tools to give form to the energies and insights arising from your ancestral healing.
Movement & Embodiment: Gentle, somatic movement and guided dance to help release stored ancestral energies in the body.
