SUNDAY STRETCH & SWIM LOW NEWTON

In this session we will focus on full body stretch movements to loosen off the whole body & improve all-round flexibility and mobility.

This class is suitable for all abilities.

Everyone is welcome. Adjustments will be offered if needed.

We will practice a 45-50 minute stretch class on the sand with a view of the sea & the waves as our soundtrack.

Optional swim or sea dip afterwards.

Drop in & pay as you go, or buy a class pass (valid for all my regular sessions).
