Morning Yoga Stretch in Longhoughton

Welcome to our morning yoga class in Longhoughton, a gentle stretch for everyone including beginners.

You will be offered help and guidance in how to adapt postures to suit your individual needs and ability.

In this class, you will:
* Practice key yoga poses and learn proper alignment for a safe and effective practice
* Improve breath technique bringing calm and focus
* Develop body awareness and balance through guided instruction
* Feel revived, energised and ready to tackle the day

Classes are booked through the online booking system. Please bring your own yoga mat and props. For new starters there is a small amount of equipment available for loan.
