A new 5-day retreat is coming in 2025, where you'll be guided through a powerful rite of passage that invites you to connect with the elemental forces of Fire, Air, Water, and Earth.
This journey is designed to break through personal limitations, awaken the spirit, and reconnect deeply with both nature and each other.
The Four Directions Quest will lead you into profound self-discovery and transformation, culminating in a special 5th day for integration.

Firewalk Ceremony – Walk across glowing embers and burn away fears.
Cacao Ceremony – Open your heart and set intentions in a sacred gathering.

Shadow Work – Dive deep into the hidden parts of yourself for integration.
East - AIR
Breathe new life into your vision and spirit.
Arrow Break Ritual – Break through limitations with a powerful, symbolic ritual.
Breathwork & Active Meditation – Center yourself and connect deeply with your life force.
Silent Nature Walk – Attune to the wisdom of nature in peaceful stillness, connecting with the land and the elements.
West - WATER
Flow into renewal and emotional release.
Ice Bath – Cleanse and awaken with cold-water immersion.
Rebirthing Ceremony – Let go of emotional weight and emerge transformed.
Glass Walk Rebar Bend – Conquer physical challenges and push beyond mental barriers.
Beach Ritual – Release burdens to the ocean’s embrace as the sun rises.
North - EARTH

A whole day immersion in the Sweatlodge Ceremony – Purify and reconnect with the earth and spirit in this ancient ritual.

New Day 5: An optional day of Integration and Rebirth
On the 5th day, the focus turns to integration, allowing the powerful shifts from the first four days to settle into your being, both physically and spiritually.
Water Rebirthing Ritual in the Hot Tub – Experience a gentle and transformative water ceremony in the warmth of the hot tub, designed to bring peace and clarity, welcoming the spirit to wake.
Reflect and connect deeply with fellow participants in a nurturing, supportive environment, solidifying the bonds created throughout the retreat.
Communal Living: A Shared Experience
Throughout the retreat, you will experience the beauty of communal living:
Communal Food Preparation – Participate in preparing meals together, transforming cooking into a mindful, shared ritual that fosters connection with each other.
Camping Facilities – Stay in nature with the peaceful, grounding experience of camping in the serene landscapes of rural Northumberland.
For those that don't wish to camp I can direct you to local places to stay. Please note if you are not camping with us you will still be invited to share in the communal time.
Hot Garden Shower – Refresh yourself with an outdoor shower surrounded by the beauty of nature.
BBQ Hut – Gather around the warmth of the BBQ hut for communal meals, reflection, and bonding, fostering a sense of connection with both nature and your fellow participants.
Local Accomodation for those who do not with to camp we will help you find local Accomodation which will be additional to the course fee
