Padre Azul Pairing Dinner - July 17th
Join us at the Country Smoke House Thursday, July 17th for our second Pairing Dinner of the season. This time we will be hosting Padre Azul Tequila and our Chefs have designed a truly exciting Mexican inspired menu to complement a variety of tequila. The event begins at 6:30pm and space is limited, so be sure to get tickets soon - this event will be one to remember!
Tickets are $60 for Dinner and Drinks, with Dinner Only costing $40.
Smoked Chicken Taquitos
Our slow smoked Country Smoke House Hand Pulled Chicken in a crispy fried tortilla, served with our Chorizo White Queso and a Smoked Salsa Verde.
Smoked Brisket Enchiladas
Our famous Beef Brisket seasoned with our house blend of spices, smoked low and slow over natural hardwoods. Wrapped in a Corn tortilla, dressed with our Dragon's Breath Enchilada Sauce, melted cheese and cilantro.
Al Pastor Pulled Pork Tostone
Country Smoke House Pulled Pork, slow smoked then fired for a crisp carnita style texture, sauced with our House Al Pastor and finished with a delicious Pineapple Salsa. Served atop a perfectly fried plantain.
Churro Fried Cheesecake
Our Smoke House Cheesecake wrapped in a Flour tortilla, fried golden brown, dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with our House Caramel Sauce. The perfect finale!
