Join Jamie Morrow for “Open Heart: Create Your Heart Chakra Healing Toolkit”, a soulful hands-on class where you’ll build your very own kit for balancing the heart chakra — the energetic center of love, compassion, emotional healing, and connection to both self and others. The heart chakra (Anahata) is located at the center of the chest and is the bridge between the lower (physical) and upper (spiritual) chakras. When in balance, it supports emotional healing and forgiveness, healthy relationships and boundaries, self-love and inner peace, openness and compassion. Jamie will provide all the supplies and, together, you will assemble a toolkit to use whenever your heart needs support.
