Latin Lab was created by two women who grew up in dance studios, living for annual recitals and the thrill of performing for friends and family. Dance has always been our home.

Years later, life brought us together through professional work with the official dance team for the Naranjeros — one of Mexico’s most iconic baseball teams. That’s where everything shifted. Urban dance and jazz funk became part of our identity, and performing turned into something much bigger: show business.

We went from theaters with 400 seats to stadiums holding 15,000 people. The pressure grew — and so did we. We learned what it really takes to perform: the discipline, the presence, the energy, and the knowledge behind every move.

Now in a new country, we’re ready to share everything we’ve learned. Latin Lab isn’t just about teaching reggaetón. It’s about helping dancers understand their bodies, move with intention, and own their space — whether it's in front of a mirror, on a stage, or behind a camera.

This is where passion meets purpose.
This is Latin Lab.

Info: We kick things off with a quick intro to the workshop and a bit of theory on anatomy and the science behind stretching. Then we dive into mobility, strength training for dancers, and finish the day with a choreo in sneakers to start bringing the heat.

Saturday is all about technique, strength, and mobility, with a special focus on the lower body and ankles — because it’s Reggaheels Day! We’ll finish with a fierce choreo in heels, but don’t worry: sneakers are always welcome if that’s more your vibe.

Info: Time to let your inner dancer shine — it’s recording day! We’ll be filming the choreo, so bring all your confidence, attitude, and stage presence. Each dancer will get 2 individual shots to add to their portfolio. And just like that… that’s a wrap!
