Taste Festival - The Farmers Table

The Farmer's Table is a slow-food celebration of Bundaberg's vibrant vegetable growers and the rich soil that sustains them. Set surrounded by the orchard tress at Macadamias Australia, this signature Taste Bundaberg Festival experience invites guests to share in a seasonal feast where every dish honours the land and the hands that nurture it.

From a 5.45pm arrival, guests will be welcomed into a thoughtfully styled long table setting, surrounded by the golden glow of the early evening and the soft, honeyed scent of macadamia tree flowers. The first course is served shortly after, marking the beginning the farm-style feast that showcases locally grown vegetables, nuts, herbs and artisanal pantry staples, all prepared with refined, rustic flair.

The menu is curated by our in-house head chef, Dion Taylor and designed in collaboration with our farming community. Expect creativity, freshness, flavour and texture that honours each ingredient's story and origin. More than a dinner, The Farmer's Table is a tribute to local growers of the Bundaberg Region.
