Taste Festival - A Chocolatier Experience

Join us for an immersive farm to palette journey as we celebrate the fusion of local agriculture and the artesian craft of chocolate here at Macadamias Australia. This premium experience invites guests into the heart of our venue to witness the artistry of chocolate making paired with the richness of our very own macadamias.

Guests will begin with a guided Macadamia tasting, highlighting the unique flavour profiles of our orchard grown nuts. From there, chocolatier Kevin will take the stage, tempering premium chocolate and introducing our exclusive Ginger Macadamia Cluster - crafted live, using Bundaberg Ginger. Guests will enjoy trade tricks and creative inspiration behind the latest flavour innovations.

As the morning unfolds, guests are welcomed to a beautifully styled long-table setting to indulge in a barista made Belgian hot chocolate mocha alongside a curated selection of sweet and savoury creations - each highlighting Bundaberg local ingredients. On departure, guests will leave with handcrafted Chocolate Ginger Macadamias created during the Chocolatier Experience, as well as a 110g retail pack from our signature Macadamia Cluster range, continuing the sensory journey at home.

In the case of wet weather, the event will be relocated to our undercover terrace area, which can accommodate the full guest list and maintain the dining experience. This event is designed for an adult audience and is not suitable for children. We are a wheelchair and mobility accessible venue and can ensure accessibility for all guests.
