Start your weekend with intention and energy at our Wellness Benefit Event! Begin with a 20-minute all-levels yoga flow at 10:00 AM guided by Sofia from YogaSix Wexord, designed to warm up your body, clear your mind, and prepare you for movement.
Then, hit the trail for a self-paced 40-minute run or walk through scenic North Park. Whether you’re looking to jog with friends or enjoy a solo stroll, you’ll be surrounded by good vibes and great company.
As part of Brooks' Demo Days, you’ll have the opportunity to test out the latest Brooks running shoes, designed for comfort, performance, and style.
This event is pay-what-you-can, with proceeds going directly to support Venture Outdoors, a local nonprofit dedicated to making outdoor recreation and nature experiences accessible to everyone in our community.
