Sound Bath Special Event

Join us here at Healthy Heart to experience the transformative power of sound! Join Izzie - certified sound healer, somatic therapy practitioner & sacred space holder - as she guides you through intentional sound healing designed to restore balance and wellbeing. You'll begin with autonomic breath work, followed by a grounding mediation inviting your body and mind into a deeply relaxed state to support holistic healing.
