Singing Bowl & Gong Meditation with Bob Bednar

Join us for a guided meditation led by Bob Bednar!

Enjoy the sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls and Hanging Gongs from Nepal, China, Afghanistan and Bali. Brief instructions at the outset of the meditation and instructions to return will be given verbally, and the remainder of the time will be the sounds of the gongs and a variety of instruments.

Things to bring:
-Blackout blindfold (e.g., Mindfold) for immersion
-Blanket (if you chill easily)
-Your favorite comfortable portable chair (we also have plenty to go around)
-$30 cash or a Venmo account to pay at the event @DraziBob
