Dynamic Conversation: Curating Tiffany

Join us at the Allentown Art Museum for Curators in Conversation, featuring Elaine Mehalakes, Vice President of Curatorial Affairs at the Allentown Art Museum; Jennifer Thalheimer, Director and Curator at the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art – home of the most exstensive Tiffany collection in the world ; and Dr. Elizabeth McGoey, Curator of American Art at the Art Institute of Chicago. These distinguished curators will come together to explore their shared expertise in curating the masterpieces of Louis Comfort Tiffany. Through their unique institutional lenses, they will discuss the artistic, cultural, and historical significance of Tiffany glass, offering rare insights into the intricate processes of preserving and interpreting these iconic works.
