Join us for the second installment in Nowa’s intimate Chef’s Dinner Series: Mise en Place, a six-course tasting menu with curated beverage pairings. This night honors the classical muse of discipline and focused thought, and celebrates the quiet repetitions behind every refined detail.

Each dish is composed with intention. Each moment is structured. This is a celebration of precision, order, and restraint, brought to life through bold Mediterranean flavors and modern American technique.

Pairing Styles

• Wine Pairings: A thoughtfully selected suite of wines designed to mirror the arc of the meal—sometimes harmonizing, sometimes contrasting, always deliberate.
• Zero-Proof Pairings: A non-alcoholic journey through infusions, ferments, and teas that echo the menu’s narrative with equal elegance.

• Seating is extremely limited. Advance ticket purchase required.
• This is a Community Table experience; guests will dine with others.
• Dietary restrictions can be shared at checkout; we will accommodate where possible but cannot guarantee.
• Guests must be 21+ to enjoy wine pairings.
• No refunds or pairing changes after June 10 due to advance ingredient sourcing. Tickets are transferable by contacting us through Eventbrite.
