Children's Book Week @The End Bookstore

Children’s Book Week is the annual celebration of books for young people and the joy of reading.

Established in 1919, Children’s Book Week is the longest-running national literacy initiative in the country. Every year, young people across the country participate by attending events at schools, libraries, bookstores, celebrating at home, and engaging with book creators both online and in person. The 2025 Children’s Book Week will take place during two dedicated weeks of celebration, May 5-11 and November 3-9!

Tuesday, May 6 - Let's Play Books Bookmark Contest Kick-off!

Wednesday, May 7 - Meet Children's Picture Book Author Josh Funk, 4:30 - 5:30pm

Thursday, May 8 - An Ocean of Stories Story Time, 11am & 4:30pm

Friday, May 9 - 4th Annual Floyd Cooper Day

Saturday, May 10 - Make a bookmark for Mom - all day craft 11 - 5pm. Drop-in.
