Yoga & Beer Event with Alexa Shania!

Join us for 1 hour of yoga taught by Alexa Shania; yoga teacher of 8 years, wellness advocate, and digital creator. We will be practicing in a beautiful, outdoor space located just in front of our host venue Stadium Brewing Co. Class is open to all levels; Beginner friendly and children are more than welcome to attend! Stadium Brewing Co. is coming up on 25 years in the community of Aliso Viejo, CA and is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and some good eats.

Expect to build strength, increase your flexibility, and connect to yourself on the mat! Bring a yoga mat, towel, and some water to stay hydrated.

Your ticket includes the yoga class as well as your choice of 1 beer, 1 glass of champagne, mocktail, or soft drink! Bring your besties or your significant other and lean into the season of love.
