Aliso Creek Trail / Cooks, Plus Run!

This is intended to be a 25-40ish Mile ride down to the water treatment plant at the Aliso & Woods Canyon, then, up to Cooks Corner. Then Back, followed by a 30 minute run.

Do as much as you want or as little, but Do Something.....ANYTHING!

Short run after 30 minutes!

MEETING AREA: We will meet at the ALISO VIEJO COMMUNITY PARK. It's the Park by the Aliso Viejo Middle School, NOT the High School. This is the Baseball fields park.
