A sound bath is a unique, musically meditative journey that envelops participants in soothing overtones and undertones, promoting deep relaxation. We all know how music can influence our emotions, and sound baths take that a step further, helping us explore our relationship with sound and its effects on our hearts and minds

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillow, and wear comfy clothes. We provide bolster and towels. Eye covering available for purchase.
