What: Celebrate Asian Heritage at CCC: Vietnamese Eggrolls (Chả giò) Class
Date & Time: Saturday, May 31st at 2-4:30 PM
Location: Chinese Community Center, 9800 Town Park Drive, Houston, TX 77036
Ticket: $50/Adult & Youth 12 years old and up. Registered youth participants are required to be with their parents. CCC requires that a minimum of 10 ppl are in attendance or class is canceled and ticket is refunded.

Discover the flavors of Vietnam in this delicious hands-on cooking class! Learn how to make crispy, savory chả giò (Vietnamese eggrolls) from scratch, including wrapping techniques and traditional fillings.

Along with that, learn how to make traditional dipping sauce nước mắm. Perfect for all skill levels, this class is a tasty way to celebrate AAPI Month at the Chinese Community Center. Come hungry and leave with new skills—and a few eggrolls to enjoy!
