Meet & Greet: Unifying Community Around Self-Determination - June 2025

We hope you will join our first Meet & Greet to build our Community of Practice for the Self-Determination Program (SDP) so it can work well in our community. We are reaching out to people who care about improving the program for everyone involved.

Many people want to work more quickly to improve the most difficult and important parts of the program, so they work better, especially the Financial Management Services. If you have not yet completed the survey, please do so by May 18th. We will use the answers to guide our community conversation and make sure our time together is meaningful and moves us forward.
