Mat Pilates - our first class!

Welcome to our newest class - Mat Pilates with Benji!

Our Mat Pilates classes are designed to help you strengthen your core, improve flexibility and enhance overall body awareness. You’ll find the missing pieces to your core puzzle by engaging and strengthening core muscles, helping to address any muscular-skeletal imbalances and vulnerabilities.

We all have muscles waiting to be engaged so that they can support the body and improve life, but knowing how to do this can be confusing. In our Pilates class, you’ll be guided through the right techniques and safe actions for your body to reveal every important component of your core network.

Expect to enhance your posture, tone your muscles, and improve joint mobility with safe, effective exercises tailored to your needs. Our classes are designed to be dynamic and enjoyable, incorporating a variety of fresh, functional and fun exercises and small props to keep you entertained while you strengthen and condition your body.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, our supportive environment will empower you to achieve your wellness goals.

Class is open to all levels.
