Date Nights at Humphrey Yogart are about filling our own cup, a date with ourself, a date with each other, taking time out together and simply doing something nice, fun and easy.
Emelie would like to explore with you the wonderfully relaxing and potentially healing effects that sound vibration can have on us. Using a combination of guided meditation and specially sequenced therapeutic live instruments, her aim is to to put one in a deeply relaxed, meditative, and receptive state.
Yoga mat, blankets, pillow, and eye masks will be provided. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Herbal tea, soup and bread will be served afterwards.
