Date Nights at Humphrey Yogart are about filling our own cup, a date with ourself, a date with each other, taking time out together and simply doing something nice, fun and easy.
This month, we begin a monthly Sound Immersion series aligned with the seasons and guided by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s energy pathways.
Emelie invites you to experience the wonderfully relaxing and potentially healing effects of sound vibration. Through a blend of guided meditation and carefully sequenced live therapeutic instruments, her intention is to support you in entering a deeply relaxed, meditative, and receptive state.
Yoga mat, blankets, pillow, and eye masks will be provided. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Herbal tea, soup and bread will be served afterwards.
