Preparing for Birth Partner Workshop

Bringing a little one earthside can be stressful even when things go according to "plan". We can't predict precisely what your birth will look like, but this workshop is designed to educate you on the stages of labor and what you can do to support yourself - and what your birth partner can do to support you. Tools to manage labor will be discussed as well as care practices that encompass all birthing journeys. Birthing mama - bring a partner that will be there for the birth or for the aftercare support.

Workshop fee $75 (per couple). Class time 90 minutes. Sorry, no refunds. Cancellation greater than 24 hours prior to class can be applied to a future workshop.
