Meditation Group.
Monday evenings we concentrate on a Safe Space Meditation.
This meditation is ideal for beginners and those who find it hard to meditate.
It’s also good for experienced people who just want to relax and enjoy a group session.
We always try to have a chat afterwards, it’s common for the group to over run on time.
£5 per person.
