No need to be a pro all levels and ages are welcome. Please bring your own mat and towel.

Who is Yoga Bay?

Yoga Bay is a dedicated yoga instructor and health and wellness advocate trained in Baptiste Power Yoga since 2017. With a passion for holistic wellbeing, Yoga Bay has dove deep into the practices of Vinyasa and Yin yoga, bringing a well-rounded approach to her teachings. She has shared her expertise at various local locations, from fitness centers to yoga studios along with community events and wellness gatherings.

With a focus on accessibility, affordability and wellness, Yoga Bay continues to inspire and uplift her community through the practice of yoga and healthy living.
