Find Your Light: A Mom Break for Mental Health
In celebration of Maternal Mental Health Month, join Cenla Playdates + Mom Breaks and Cenla Healthy Start for a special Mom Break!

Where? For the Love of Alexandria: 1434 Dorchester Dr, Alexandria, LA 71301
When? Sunday, May 18th @ 2:30-4:30 PM
What to expect? Come connect with other moms, learn about local resources, and enjoy a bracelet-making activity!
Should I bring my children? The goal of this event is to give moms an opportunity to relax and connect with each other, so we encourage mamas to come kid-free!
