Beginner Rides - Boost your Cycle Skills!

Looking to get active and spend more time outdoors this summer? Our Thursday evening beginner-friendly cycle skills sessions are the perfect place to start.

Maybe your bike’s been gathering dust in the garden shed, or it’s been years since you last rode—no problem! These sessions are designed to help you feel comfortable and confident getting back on two wheels.

Have you seen our regular group rides heading out and thought, “I’d love to join, but I’m not quite confident enough yet”? This is your chance to build those skills and ease into group riding at your own pace.

Or maybe you've been thinking about cycling to work or replacing more short car journeys? We’ll give you the practical tips and support to make it happen.

Bring your own bike or try one of our fleet e-bikes! We’ve got helmets, waterproofs, and everything else you might need, so just show up and we’ll get you rolling.

Come gain confidence, meet others, and rediscover the joy of cycling!
