Silent disco and cold water therapy

A soulful, joy-filled evening to move, connect, and let go!

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation and movement session through the headsets, with ambient music to help you land in your body and soften into the space.

Then we’ll ease into a group dance session, where we all move together — same beats, same rhythm — to shake off nerves and feel supported.

From there, you’re free to dance your own way for an hour, choosing from 3 beautiful playlists (you can switch between them anytime). Move as much or as little as you like. Just be you.

As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather for guided cold water therapy (optional), followed by time around the fire with s’mores, chats, and alcohol-free drinks. Face gems and nibbles will be on hand to add a little extra sparkle.

Come solo or bring a friend — all are welcome. Let’s move, release, and remember how good it feels to be alive in our bodies.
