Perfect for all levels, this session encourages you to release what no longer serves you and set mindful intentions for the lunar cycle ahead. Join us to nurture your whole-person wellness and cultivate a peaceful, balanced state of being.
Please bring your own yoga mat, comfortable clothing, pillow/bolster and blanket as well as an open heart.
