Members of Harbour City Bears Inc are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday 20th September 2025 at The Inner West Pride Centre, 1A Bedford Street Newtown NSW 2042. The AGM will start at 11am and finish at 2pm.
This is your opportunity as a member of Harbour City Bears to elect the 2025-26 Committee to manage the club until the next AGM. By attending the AGM, you can express how you would like Harbour City Bears to be managed and what progress to make in the coming year.

Lifetime Membership
Is there someone that you think deserves a life membership for their dedication to the bear community? There is a process that needs to be followed as per the constitution, but we have made an easy for members to fill out.
The last chance to get a nomination in for life membership is 5pm on Monday 8th of September for the committee to ratify the nomination during the committee meeting on the 9th September. Complete the form at
