Saturday Sunrise Yoga at Alexandra headland ocean yoga.

Please come along and join our wonderful community of outdoor yogis for an uplifting yoga practice . 1 hr of yoga asana , breath-work and guided relaxation .

location is opposite the Alex skatepark on the beautiful green grass overlooking the ocean.

Time: 7am

Cost: $15 for drop-in session or buy a 5-practice pass for $65

what to bring: yoga mat, any props that you use in your practice hat, water bottle, sunscreen.
