New Moon Breathwork & Soundbath Ceremony

Join us for a transformative evening of self-discovery and relaxation. We will guide you through a series of breathwork techniques, designed to calm the mind and balance the body's energy. After the breathwork section we will ease into a yoga nidra (relaxation meditation), allowing you to let go of tension and stress and arrive at a state of calm and bliss. The magnum opus is a mesmerizing sound bath, with a plethora of healing instruments including custom built flutes, gongs and handpan. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds as you allow your body and mind to heal and harmonize. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to your inner self. We look forward to sharing this special evening with you, intentionally set around the new moon for new beginnings and intention setting. Plese bring a yoga/camping mat, blanket, water bottle and pillow Please arrive promptly at 6:15pm to get settled and comfortable for a 6:30 start.
