Suitable from 28 weeks pregnant, right until the end of term.
Tuesday 1-2pm at Charlton lodge in Knutsford next to the Moor park.
Pregnancy Yoga experience is recommended but not necessary.
This is a semi private class with a maximum of 4 mums in total. You can book in with your birth partner. £18.50 per person £20 per couple

I started supporting couples for birth using yoga and pain management techniques back in 2007! I wish for mums to experience the calm birth everyone deserves. I specialises in prenatal and postnatal recovery classes offering 4th trimester support too.
A weekly class, even taken late in pregnancy, can make the world of difference for a more serene experience, to know of all your options and make informed decisions leading up to the birth and on the day!
