Meditation is a practice. To improve our skills, we need to learn to focus, to let go and allow ourselves to go deep into our experience. It is one thing to do a guided meditation where someone takes you where they want you to go. It is another for a meditation instructor to give you a cue and then teach you to let go of the busy mind so that you may allow yourself to follow the cue.
