🧡 Workshop 2: Sacral Chakra – Creativity & Flow

Do you ever feel creatively blocked, emotionally numb, or disconnected from joy? These may be signs of an imbalance in the Sacral Chakra—the center of emotion, pleasure, and flow.
In this supportive and sensory-rich workshop, we’ll explore the Svadhisthana, or Sacral Chakra, which governs creativity, relationships, and the ability to experience pleasure and connection.
Together, we will:
🧡 Learn what the Sacral Chakra is responsible for in body and mind
🌊 Identify signs of imbalance—like emotional overwhelm or creative stagnation
🌿 Discover herbs, essential oils, and practices that restore flow and vitality
🧘♀️ Experience a brief, guided meditation to awaken the senses and open the emotional body
🧴 Create your own aromatherapy roller blend using essential oils that support sensuality, self-expression, and emotional ease
Leave feeling more connected, open, and creatively recharged—with a custom-made aromatherapy roller to support your ongoing self-care.
LOCATION: Westgate Community Center, 10001 De Vargas SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121
Please note:
~ This class is for people who are 18 years of age or older. Childcare is not available at the community center. Please plan accordingly.
~ Pre-registration is required so we have enough materials on hand. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Registration will close on July 21st.
~ Registration on or before July11th will be $20.00 per person. ~ Registration will be $25.00 thereafter.
~ Per the City of Albuquerque, if you do not have a community center pass, you will need to sign-up for one prior to participating. They are free! Please allow a few extra minutes before class to sign up for a community center pass.
